Do you ship to multiple recipients?\r\nNo, shipping to multiple recipients is not available. If you need to do so, please make separate orders.\r\n\r\nDo you ship to international destinations?\r\nYes, we certainly do. Select a country from the International Delivery dropdown menu.\r\n\r\nWhat are the rates for international shipping?\r\nSelect a country from the International Delivery dropdown menu. The rates for international shipping are computed once your shipping details are completed.\r\n\r\nHow promptly can you deliver my order to a Singapore address?\r\nWe will deliver/post your order within the next 2 to 3 working days if the order is received before 5pm. However during peak periods, there is a possibility that your order can only be delivered within the next 4 to 5 days.\r\nPlease refer to our Local Delivery Schedule for detailed information. In addition, when placing your order, you will be prompted if the delivery date you selected is not accepted\r\n\r\nHow promptly can you deliver my order to an international address?\r\nNormally, your order will be processed and shipped in 48 hours. It will usually take 3 to 5 days subjected to the recipient country custom clearance. For more details, please refer to our International Delivery Policy. In addition, when placing your order, you will be prompted if the delivery date you selected is not accepted.\r\n\r\nHow do you ship orders?\r\nWe send your items by SingPost Speed Post or by International courier.\r\n\r\nWhat are Shipping and Handling Charges?\r\nShipping and Handling charges are fees that we charge for each order to cover the costs of processing and shipping. They are set based on the total amount of ordered merchandise and those charges include international express postage/courier fees and insurance fees etc.\r\n\r\nWill my order be subject to other charges in addition to Shipping and Handling?\r\nOrders may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, and/or delivery fees in some countries or regions. In this case, the Customer (or the recipient if the merchandise is not shipped to the Customer) should be responsible for the payment of any such taxes or fees. Office Casita does not charge for these taxes and fees and so they are not included in our shipping and handling charge. Please contact your local customs office, post office or delivery company directly for details.\r\n\r\nWhat are customs duties?\r\nTaxes charged by the destination country on incoming goods. Those rates depend on each country. Also they are varied by purchased items. Customer should be responsible for the payment of for any such taxes or fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office of the country you are concerned about.\r\n\r\nWhat happens if I don’t pay the customs duties?\r\nImport tax is subjected to the law of your living country. The importer has the responsibility for paying the import tax. If you refuse to pay the import tax, you cannot get the parcel. For this case, the parcel will be returned to Office Casita. In the event that an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, we cannot provide a refund for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we will subtract the actual amount of the shipping costs from the item subtotal before making a refund.\r\nIt may take from a few days, to the maximum of 10 days for the refund to finish processing. There may be differences in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences.
